A fantastic getaway for this lucky group of tennis players, they were given the opportunity to attend a training camp in the warm sunshine of the Algarve in Portugal, a short two hour flight from Exeter Airport and a twenty minute transfer had the group checking in to the Balaia Resort and more importantly checking out the tennis courts ready for action the next morning. Cardio sessions were the order of the day during the morning sessions, the late afternoon and early evening sessions were match play with doubles and singles, a quick refresh and off for dinner at the Beach Hut with spectacular views of the some what warmer Atlantic Ocean, with empty waves rolling in around 3 to 4 feet.
